We may collect account information such as your name, email address, sign-in details, plan, and support messages. We also collect limited technical and usage information, such as browser type, device information, feature activity, and error logs, to operate and improve the service.
Billing details required to complete a purchase are collected and handled by our payment provider. ReelPilot does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.
We use information to provide and secure ReelPilot, generate requested drafts, maintain accounts and subscription access, process transactions, respond to support requests, troubleshoot problems, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product.
Reference videos, product assets, briefs, and other content you submit are processed only as needed to provide the requested service, including analyzing creative structures and generating original product-specific scripts, scenes, captions, and audio. Users must only upload content they own or have permission to use.
We do not use uploaded content to reproduce copyrighted videos, identities, voices, or exact wording. Production retention periods and available deletion controls may depend on the service configuration disclosed in your account.
Payments are securely processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem may process payment information, taxes, invoices, refunds, and transaction-related data under its own privacy practices. We do not store full credit card details directly on our servers.
We may share limited information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, support, and deliver ReelPilot. We do not sell personal information. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, although no online service can guarantee absolute security.
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals.
