You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and may not share, sell, or transfer access in a way that violates these Terms.
You are responsible for your uploads, prompts, product claims, generated outputs, and final publishing decisions. You must review generated content for accuracy, platform compliance, advertising disclosures, and suitability before use.
You may use ReelPilot only for lawful product marketing and creative production. You may not request, create, transform, upload, or distribute any NSFW, adult, pornographic, nude, erotic, fetish, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content of any kind. This prohibition applies even when the content is consensual, fictional, artistic, or AI-generated.
You also may not create sexual content involving minors; sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate content; face swaps, deepfakes, or identity and voice impersonation; deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, violent, abusive, or otherwise illegal content; content that infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights; malware; or attempts to bypass security, access, or moderation controls.
Every user-supplied prompt intended for AI image or video generation must pass our required content-safety screening before generation. Requests that are denied, flagged, or cannot be screened are blocked and are not sent to a generation model.
Users must only upload content they own or have permission to use.
ReelPilot analyzes creative structures and generates original content. It does not reproduce copyrighted videos, identities, voices, or exact wording.
You retain your rights in the content you upload. You grant ReelPilot the limited rights required to process that content and provide the requested service. AI-generated output may require human review and can contain errors or similarities that arise independently; you remain responsible for verifying and using it lawfully.
Subject to these Terms and applicable third-party rights, you may use outputs generated through your account for lawful commercial marketing purposes.
Payments are securely processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Prices, included usage, taxes, renewal cadence, and applicable purchase terms are displayed before checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund previous charges unless our Refund Policy applies.
ReelPilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. To the extent permitted by law, ReelPilot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, platform decisions, or misuse of generated content.
