Zero-Tolerance Sexual Content Policy

ReelPilot does not permit the generation, transformation, upload, or distribution of any NSFW, adult, pornographic, nude, erotic, fetish, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content. This rule applies to real, fictional, artistic, consensual, and AI-generated material. Sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation, and non-consensual intimate content are strictly prohibited.

1. Permitted Use

ReelPilot is designed for lawful product marketing and creative production. You may analyze permitted reference material, prepare original scripts and storyboards, and create marketing drafts for products and services you are authorized to promote.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use ReelPilot to create, upload, request, or distribute content that:

• infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
• impersonates a real person or clones an identity or voice without authorization;
• contains any NSFW, adult, pornographic, nude, erotic, fetish, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive material;
• contains sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate material;
• promotes fraud, deception, malware, illegal activity, harassment, hate, or violence;
• makes misleading product claims or omits legally required advertising disclosures;
• promotes prohibited or unlawfully sold products and services; or
• attempts to bypass safety, security, moderation, access, or usage controls.

3. Originality and Human Review

ReelPilot uses abstract creative signals such as hook type, pacing, scene order, and offer structure. Generated drafts must be reviewed by the user for accuracy, originality, product claims, disclosures, and platform compliance before publication.

4. Safety Controls

Every user-supplied prompt intended for AI image or video generation must pass the Creem Content Moderation API before generation begins. An allow decision may continue. A flag or deny decision is blocked. If moderation is unavailable, times out, or returns an unexpected response, ReelPilot fails closed and no generation begins.

Content may also be restricted, paused for review, or removed when it appears to violate this policy or applicable law. Accounts may be limited or suspended for serious or repeated violations.

Report copyright, privacy, impersonation, or safety concerns to support@getreelpilot.com. Include the relevant account or content details and a clear explanation. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
